The Bass Guitar/Bass cello (or Omni Bass) strings are made to fit all standard 34–35 inch scale bass guitars. They are polished smooth for an intimate feel, with rich bass tone and a clear, singing upper register. The set gathers regular double bass tuning strings (G, D, A, E). Additional 5th and 6th strings, a high C and a low B, are available as singles.

Damping is optimized for arco use, but they also work well for pizzicato applications where a very warm, less-sustaining sound is desired. Scaled to fit 3/4 size bass with a playing length of 41 3/4 inches (1060mm), heavy tension strings will allow for greater projection and volume potential. The H615 Low-C (extended E) string is only available as a single string and is not part of the H610 set.
